Our species evolved and developed the physique we have today through standing on two feet, walking, running and throwing. There is a specific sequence of muscle actions that should happen when we perform these movements. Most of us are operating from a compromised position as it relates to our structure, meaning we do not use this specific sequencing of muscle actions when we perform those 4 fundamental movements: standing, walking, running and throwing.
